Today I went outside looking for any signs of new growth ~ and I found a bud on my Camellia tree. Spring may not be around the corner yet,, but it is budding!

DeleteNot new but surprising considering the cold nights (by our standards) we have had were new flowers trying to appear on next door's hollyhock plants which have been flowering since last Summer.
ReplyDeleteI think sometimes the flora become a bit confused by the weather patterns ~ and then when spring arrives, the bees are not quite ready!
